DeliverMe offers flat rate courier services within Calgary and the surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed of expected delivery times at the time of order placement.

Prohibited Products and Contraband

Lost or Damaged Parcels

DeliverMe makes our best effort to ensure accurate delivery of your parcels. However, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been successfully picked up and are in transit.

We recommend purchasing optional shipping insurance for high-value or sensitive items. This can be added to your order during checkout. DeliverMe provides coverage options to protect against loss, theft, or damage.
Returns and Refunds

DeliverMe does not offer returns or refunds on delivered items, except in cases where items were damaged during transit or delivered in error. If your package is damaged or you believe an error has occurred, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has been assigned to your routes courier. Shipment Confirmation is also provided with POD (Photo On Delivery) Customers may also request signature along with POD. The Live tracking will only be active during the duration of a customers order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes www.deliveryguru.ca and it's service deliverme courier services is NOT responsible for ANY customs and taxes applied to Your Order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
www.deliveryguru.ca and it's online deliver program deliverme courier services is not liable for any products damaged during shipping.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that we do not return packages. Please note that all online transactions are final. www.deliveryguru.ca will provide customers with online credits only.
