What Are Delivery Times?

We make every effort to ensure that items are delivered within a maximum 24 hour window. Customers are provided with updates should our delivery fall outside of listed delivery times.

I Don't See Pick-up Address Spot?

Please include the pick-up address along with any other additional delivery details in the "Additional Order Details' Box when booking with form online.

Do You Provide RUSH Service?

YES. We do provide RUSH delivery services. RUSH services can be scheduled by contacting our customer support team by phone.

Can I Request Contactless Delivery

YES. We do specialize in contactless delivery. Customers may also add special delivery instructions on bookings form when scheduling their courier services.

Why Don't You Service My Area?

What Is POD?

POD is a service provided by us. Photo On Delivery Confirmation. This Is Provided When Scheduling Online With Us.

Do You Provide Flower Delivery?

YES. Looking to send someone a special bouquet? Our experienced team of couriers are able to ensure that your deliveries arrive safely & securely.

What Is The Maximum Weight For Deliveries With Us?

Our maximum allowable delivery weight on all envelopes, parcels & packages is 50lbs or 22kg.(Per item)

We understand that sometimes items may not be exact but do ask that clients utilizing our services do their best to ensure a 50lbs maximum on each item.
